This paper has a softer surface than more hard moulded papers out there. It will absorb the water and pigments easier. This requires softer brush strokes and more deliberate application of paint. It can take several layers, but allow it to dry between them. Avoid too much scrubbing, as it will not be happy. Instead, apply water, and dap with a soft tissue paper if you make a mistake. Any buckling on a loose sheet will fade once dry. A good paper for hot press techniques, even if it softer than first anticipated.
This is my reorder of this paper. It’s beautifully smooth and easy to paint on and I can use for my other mediums as well Love it!
Wonderfull kvalati perfeckt🎉
It's ok.I use Arches paper mostly 140p cold press. Because it holds the paint

Love the paper I received. Thank you.
I love that Kristine offers art supplies from her store as I fully trust her quality sourcing, knows what artists like annd need, and the products are really beautifully branded. Will try out the watercolour pad very soon but so far it looks amazing. The products came very securely packed and got here in perfect condition. Will definitely shop again and highly recommend.

Just started using my paper on the blueberries painting. I am fairly new to painting. I started a few years ago doing loose watercolor on coldness paper. I found Kristine on FB and fell in love with her realistic style. So I was now on the hunt for quality hot pressed paper. I have 4 pads from reputable makers and get different results, some of which I am not happy with. But even though I new to this I can already see the difference in this paper Biggest thing is it holds the water longer. Being new I'm slow and I notice it doesn't dry as fast which allows me to blend the paint. Simply put I love it. Thank-You, Kristine Paula
I have not tried it yet. But I love the thickness of the paper.
I'm very happy and pleased about all your products I bought. The quality is amazing and I really vill recommend too try them out 🙌
Paper was good.
This is a reorder for me, so I was already a fan of Kristine's watercolors. Whether you choose the wood pulp or the 100% cotton, hot or cold press, you can be assured of receiving quality paper that you will be happy to paint on and proud to present as a gift.
Very good quality paper
