How each card works

The front is inspiration: a botanical watercolor and a daily intention to set the tone for your day. Flip it over and you get a beginner-friendly painting or drawing prompt, a short description of the exercise, and a QR code that opens a full step-by-step video tutorial - Kristine painting the exact prompt from start to finish, with voiceover.
